With an in floor heating system, you can keep your thermostat turned down a couple of degrees because the comfort of heat on a cold day will come from beneath your feet. An in floor heating system won’t stir up dust and other particles that keep you sneezing. Two types of systems are commonly used – electric and water. With an electric system, cement and special heating cables work together to heat your room. Water, or hydronic systems, use tubing that circulates hot water.
